HR SPECIALIST, relocation to Switzerland – 8 months contract
ABOUT THE JOB
Join the local project team for the GlobalView implementation. We are looking for a team player that can take on responsibility for Personnel Administration, Compensation Management and Mobility for Go-Live on January 1, 2019.
The main tasks will be testing, reviewing and updating existing requirements, execute test cases and report defects. Additionally, create end-user training material and execute or support end-user training. Support the different business units in implementing new and updated processes.
It will give you great opportunities to learn new skills and enhance your personal development through working in a project group with both local and global team members. The position is limited until end Feb. 2019.
YOUR ASSIGNEMENT
You will:
- Review and update existing requirements
- Review and update existing test cases
- Execute test cases, report defects and follow-up on defects
- Support in implementation of new ways of working
- Create end-user training materials
- Support in end-user training sessions
- Support in process implementation
- Gather data when needed
YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
- HR experience in Personnel Administration, Compensation Management and International Mobility
- Ability to speak, read and write in the English language is required
- HR related Personnel Administration and GlobalView or SAP
- 3-5 years’ experience in integrated HR solution work in complex organisations and technology enabled business transformations.
- Ideally experience from large global organisations (preferable retail/consumer goods).
A good understanding of both business and technology.
